Amendments to the Appropriation Bill make changes to the Wild Free Roaming Horses and Burros Act – ACT NOW
“It is very disturbing news that the Obama Appropriations Bill now before Congress wants to amend the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act to give a lot of the authority over the wild horses and burros to the states and as I am told to allow massive slaughter. This is a worst case scenario and with the Republican controlled Senate and House of Representatives, this could pass. There needs to be a hugh hue and cry against this.
