I am not pleased with the NAS report on the Wild Horse and Burro program here in US issued June 5th, 2013, since they do not deal with the unfairness issue, the very low population levels and resource allocations by BLM and USFS for the wild horses and burros, the zeroings out of most of their original legal areas. It did not address their positive restoring effect as returned natives in North America. They just opt for the quick-fix-drug approach to the so called problem rather than calling the monopolizers of the public lands to account and calling for their cutback. I am very disappointed!
